In Nebraska and California, how old do you have to be to drink beer?|||21|||Whenever you want. There is no age limit Not in my world!

|||That "best answer" is wrong. Many States within the US legally allow under 21 drinking under the supervision of an adult, and California is one of them, I believe. In Colorado, for example one can buy beer at 18 (not sure about consumption though lol).

A = You desire it


B = You have the means or opprtunity to be near beer


C = And that you can press your lips tight to a bottle neck
