What beer should I get for a party?

I'm planning on getting a keg of beer for a party I'm throwing next weekend, but I'm not sure what kind of beer I should get. Any suggestions?|||budweiser or heinekin for the keg, and for extras get anything (thats good) and not in a glass bottle.

I recommend coors light as an option, too, because it doesnt fill you up as much.

And if you want your party REALLY wicked, get some tequila, vodka, rum, and whisky going. But make sure to be in control of them and only let people have them in shots or in mixed drinks. Because then it might get way too out of hand and dangerous for alcohol poisoning. It's always nice to call one of your alcoholic friends and ask them to bartend...they'll do it for free and your party will have class.

May i also suggest a wet t-shirt contest? i dont know what party your gonna have, but i went to this one that had that, and everyone was talking about it for ages.

Heres one last tip:

when you run out of beer (and you will) ask a drunk person or a heavy drinker to pitch in a little. They're most likely to say yes, because they love to drink, and tell them they can pick the flavor. Anything put Modelo!!! that sh*t is gross!!!! lol, have a good party.|||if youre in college and poor like me, get natty ice or busch. its not as good but it wont break the bank. kegs with bud or anything like that can cost upwards of 200 dollars. people will be fine with the lower quality stuff because free beer is the best beer.|||either the cheapest kind you can get at the time or something that you know most people like e.g. budweiser or coors or something like that.

if you wanted to be fancy you could get blue moon, my personal fav. or corona.|||I agree that Bud Light is a good choice - but I think spending time planning other items is more important than the type of beer - for example you can pick up an awesome Ice Luge or Beer Pong supplies at http://www,pongstuff.com|||There is only 2 beers you should be pondering over to get for the party. Get either BUD LIGHT or MILLER LIGHT. Bud light has a more robust flavor and Miller Light has a more smooth go with the flow taste.|||everyone drinks light beer, so coors lite, miller, or bud lite is the way to go. i like darker brews but that may turn some people off. miller lite is what i would get|||Bud Light is your safest bet.

Here is a poll of some popular beers http://thecollegeforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=36%26amp;t=26%26amp;start=0|||Coors light. Its the best party beer ever. If you can, try to get some German beer it is the best|||The low calorie kind so people dont feel bad about drinking it too much.|||alamo beer lol|||Corona|||go for something you know will be good and most people will like, i'd go with budweiser if i were you|||BudLight|||typical party beers are busch lite, coors lite, bud lite, or even keystone but i hate keystone...oh and miller too|||Just get a keg of Bud, So many people say they hate it, Bit I'm sure they still drink it....|||coors light. and if you really want some good beer, get Tecate or tequila|||Get something everyone can drink.

Bud Light would be my suggestion.|||koors
