How much alcohol in beer is equivalent to a whole wine bottle?

Wine is about 12.5% and beer is about 5%. How man beers are equal to a wine bottle?|||A bottle of wine is about 9 units and a large beer is about 2(ish) so 4-5 beers. 5% beer is fairly strong so I would go with 4 beers to be on safe side.|||There are too many variables to answer the question accurately. However, it is generally accepted that 12 ounces of beer is equal to 5 ounces of wine.





The variables are the caloric value of the respective drinks being different, that will slow the rate of absorption. Just pour the wine into a 5 oz glass and the beer into a 12 oz glass and call it a day.
