Beer????????

I drink beer almost every night , but i want to stay healthy.Do i have a problem?|||Try to limit your beer consumption. Having a beer every night shouldn't be a bad thing, but if you pounding back a six pack, try to lighten it up a bit if you can. Also try switching to light beers, they have less calories and less carbs.|||drink lite beer|||Yes, you should drink liquor instead.|||a beer a nite isnt as bad as having a six pack every one or two days so just keep drinking but work out have a healthy lifestyle or else u`ll have a beer belly very unattractive|||if you drink you aint stayin healthy|||Well heck they say drink a wine glass everynight and it will cure cancer or some kinda of illness. I don't know about beer though. But I do drink a little rum in a dr. pepper or some every few night, but not every night. You drink a little less or drink once a week.|||That is not unhealthy. Just stay active. There was a study on hops, the ingredient that gives beer its bittrness, that said that a chemical in the hops actually helps prevent prostate cancer.|||yes you have a problem. Beer is not a good part of a healthy diet man. It is loaded with carbs and fat....hence the term beer belly. Plus all the negative effects it has on your liver. I drink often too...i just gave up on the being healthy kick...lol|||If you drink 1 to 3 a night it actually is good for you. Overdoing it is the problem.|||my great grand mother drank a glass of home made wine every night and she lived till 104. so go ahead indulge just dont overdo it.
