How do you clean a beer soaked couch cushion?

My husband fell asleep last night with a beer in his hand while on the couch. He didn't do anything, he figured it would dry. I found it when I sat down and soaked my pants in beer. how nice, right? I don't want it to get moldy because I have a baby in the house. How should I get it cleaned?|||(1) Tell your husband only the baby gets a pass from cleaning up after her/himself, and leaving beer on the cushion for you to sit in was passive-aggressive and rude.

(2) Get a large white towel and start pushing down and soaking up all the beer. There's more left in there then you think. After you can see from the towel that there's nothing left, there's still going to be wet and residue inside the cushion. Soak the cushion again, this time with a bottle of pet urine enzyme cleaner (this won't hurt the baby). Let the cleaner work, then using a new towel, soak up as much of that liquid as you can. Put a fan on the cushion for the next several days, non-stop. Finally, spray the cushion with Lysol, which will sanitize and kill any remaining odor. Good luck!|||Get a cloth wet it with water and your gonna push down on the spot with beer with the cloth keep pushing down on it so the beer liquid absorbs into the cloth. It might take sometime but works great. Spray some fragrence after as well after you finished abosrobing it out. If its a stain that is dry again get a cloth wet it with regular soap and scrub fully and thrully, after you scrub it with soap and you think its good to go get the cloth rinsed off with warm water and rub on the spot again. that should do the trick then fregrance time. :)|||It would be nice to know if the cushion comes loose from the couch with removable foam via a zipper.|||Vanish and make a thick solution paste on and leave 20 Min's then rub with micro cloth circular movements and hard what a difference no stains?|||It's going to get moldy, and it's impossible to get the beer out Replace it.
