How do u make beer battered zuccini sticks to deep fry? I need a step by step direction on how to do this.?

I'm not sure how to cook american food, so I'd need a step by step guide for making and cooking the wonderful beer battered fried zuccini sticks I love. Thanks. Any honest advice would be appreciated.|||While they're only very slightly damp, roll them in flour. Then dunk into a batter made of flour and beer (or club soda), then roll in panko or fine bread crumbs. Drop into the fryer at about 375F. Wait til they float and are golden brown!

I've done this even with asparagus Really good. Serve with a lemon aioli.|||Well, this is an awesome recipe for Fried Mushrooms! (you said ANY help would be appreciated!) DH and I have used the batter for eggplant sticks, cauliflower, and zucchini rounds. There is no beer in it, but you could sub beer for the buttermilk called for w/o any problem, I"m sure.

Fat Ronnie's Deep Fried Fresh Mushrooms

2 cups Flour

1陆 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Ground Pepper

陆 tsp. Baking Powder

1 cup Buttermilk

8 oz. Fresh Mushrooms (washed, dried, and stems removed)

Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Place buttermilk in bowl and set aside. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder in separate bowl. Heat oil at 375潞F for frying.

Coat mushrooms with flour mixture, dip mushrooms in buttermilk, and finally coat mushrooms with flour mixture again. Place mushrooms in hot oil and do not over crowd. Oil should be about 375潞F for deep frying. When mushrooms turn a golden brown remove and drain on absorbent paper towel. More salt may be added to mushrooms for your taste; do while mushrooms are hot. Fried mushrooms should be served immediately for the best taste.|||Make beer batter: http://www.united-nations-of-beer.com/be鈥?/a> Cut up zuccini. Dip in batter. Fry.
