How much beer and soda is allowed a day when trying to lose weight?

Well not some much the beer on a daily but maybe a week. And is soda in small amounts okay to drink? How much soda can one drink without gaining weight while trying to lose weight?|||trying to lose any weight won't do you justice since,your drinking beer and it has yeast and it makes you bloated..so skip it and instead try doing something like JOINING AA and drinking water and diet soda if you can cut the habit try switching to ginger asle is less gassy.





my sister has a drinking problem so no offense.She goes to aa but drops out after someone invties her to drink..she goes for the low carb drinks.
