How do I Import beer that is not available to the usa currently?

Kolsch is a style of beer from Koln Germany. It is by far my favorite beer ever. I can find Kolsch style beer but can not get real Kolsch beer. Does anyone have a confirmed website where I can order real Kolsch beer? I live in California if it helps|||Can you get New Holland there? They have one that was called Lucid but I think they renamed it and call it Full Circle now.
