Which Dark Beer is best for Cooking?

I don't drink beer so I have no clue about beer and flavors. I have several recipes that call for a dark beer. Which brand should I get?|||Guinness is Irish!! But is does work really well in sauces for beef. One traditional dish in most parts of the UK is Steak and Ale Pie - just a beef pie, basically but with beer in the pie liquor. Guinness is good for this and makes the sauce really rich. The flavor of it is quite strong, which is why you need to pair it with a strong meat like beef. You can make nice desserts with rich, dark chocolate and Guinness also.|||Guinness. It's a strong German beer, that has a very full and bold flavor. Not my favorite to drink straight, but it's good for cooking.
