Best recipes that go really well with beer?

I am a huge fan of drinking beer and love all the normal stuff like pizza, nachos, nuts, etc but I am looking for something different. Does anyone have any recipes for things that would go great with beer?|||I like making fried shrimp when drinking beer, I'll even pour a little beer into the batter.|||Bouillabaisse and boiled new potatoes. Um um um um um um um. Forget wine. The French themselves use beer with the real stuff.|||Tacos al pastor.|||Buffalo Chicken Cheese dip


3 boneless skinless chicken breasts


Boiled till done and then chopped.


1 jar Bleu cheese or ranch dressing


1/4 c. Buffalo wing sauce


1 8 oz pckg of Cream Cheese


Tobasco sauce (optional)





Mix chicken with dressing, wing sauce and tobasco sauce to desired heat level. Spread cheese in bottom of 9x13 pan and top with chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and let cool down and serve with favorite chips or crackers! Also with cold beer!|||Beer batter bread

at home in Ireland people eat fish and chips with beer..you make a batter and fry the fish (batter is basically flour and water or add beer to it)

Brats with Sour Kraut and mustard.|||Bratwurst that's been marinated in beer- hell any beer is good- but my favorite is a porter that klamath basin brewing makes...


Score it and marinate it for a few hours and then grill it--- top it with some saurkraut or curtido and you've got it made. It's seriously heavenlike!|||BBQ anything.





Most German dishes...i.e. sausage and sauerkraut.
